**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To carry and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, air-conditioning equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment, pump system as instructed and according to the schedule.
- To responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities within an organization.
- Attend to emergency breakdown of electrical, air-conditioning, ventilation system, facilities equipment, and mechanical equipment immediately upon receipt of information prior to maintenance work order.
- Attend to internal complaint on in room equipment and services according to standard set and record in the shift logbook and update in the computer system.
- Requires technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- To perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and and diagnose problems.
- To perform electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- To perform carpentry work on buildings and equipment as required.
- To ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards.
- To highlight and feedback to the facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards.
- To highlight and feedback to the facilities supervisor on any abnormalities.
- To ensure reports are properly done and maintained including all checklist.
- Maintain inventory control for cost effective operation.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Facilities Maintenance.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in HVAC systems, electrical systems and plumbing.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Ability to use various tools and equipments.

**Work Location : PNMB Kuala Lumpur**

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
