Hello and thank you for your interest in our company. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Malaysia. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their designated region.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing and training the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Biscuits industry
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers in the Biscuits industry
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful sales initiatives in the Biscuits industry
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats in the Biscuits industry
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in the Biscuits industry
