**Job Responsibilities.**
- Responsible to advise the employer on measures to be taken in interest of OSH in the workplace.
- Carried out regularly inspection of workplace from any harmful hazards.
- Conduct investigation on any incidents, accidents, occupational diseases or poisonings.
- Organize and implement OSH programs at the workplace.
- Act as Secretary of the Safety and Health Committee.
- To collect, analyze and maintain OSH records.
- To prepare Occupational Safety and Health Officer Report in a timely manner as per requirements.
- Developing Hazard Risk Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) Accordance -To Guidelines for Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control By DOSH.
- To lead the organization in the aspect of internal audit, management review and external audit processes.
- To lead the organization as Management Representative when OSH related audit conducted by internal and external auditor.
- To ensure good machinery certificate of fitness renewal with DOSH via MyKKP System.
- To detect and inspect potential harmful hazard due to poor machinery maintenance and record.
- Responsible to conduct regularly engagement with others Department pertaining to Safety, Health & Environment awareness.
- To ensure vendor/contractor compliance on Permit to Work (PTW) requirements as per legal and regulation.
- Execute other instructions from the employer pertaining to OSH at the workplace.

Pay: RM2,141.27 - RM3,000.00 per month
