**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Country Manager** to lead our operations and drive the growth of **Xaltius Academy** in Malaysia. This role will be responsible for managing the interests of Xaltius in the country, overseeing local staff, ensuring smooth operations, and spearheading country-specific activities to grow the brand and business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic & Operational Leadership**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Xaltius Academy’s operations in Malaysia.
- Develop and execute country-level strategies in alignment with the company’s global vision and objectives.
- Ensure smooth delivery of training programs, partnerships, and local initiatives.

**People Management**
- Lead, motivate, and manage the local team to achieve operational and growth targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure employee engagement and development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent in Malaysia.

**Business Development & Partnerships**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Represent Xaltius Academy at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Financial & Administrative Oversight**
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the Malaysia office.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

**Brand & Market Presence**
- Promote and represent Xaltius Academy’s brand in the Malaysian market.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and outreach to grow brand awareness and student enrollment.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Proven leadership experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior management role.
- Strong track record in managing operations, teams, and business growth within Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with company goals.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s education and training landscape.

**Preferred**
- Experience in the education, training, or technology sectors.
- Existing network with industry partners, institutions, and relevant government agencies.
- Understanding of digital skills training, edtech, or workforce development trends.
