**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the organization's digital presence is innovative and competitive
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Content Marketing:Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, relevant, and shareable content for digital channels.Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
- SEO and SEM:Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings.Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.Explore cost-effective opportunities to expand the organization's digital reach

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
