To manage and coordinate employee training and development programs, and handle all expatriate management matters, including documentation and compliance with the **Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Immigration Malaysia, and relevant authorities**. This role ensures the organization remains compliant while supporting employee growth and competency development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training & Development**
- Identify training needs through consultation with department heads, performance reviews, and competency assessments.
- Develop and maintain the **annual training plan and budget**.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external training sessions, including logistics, trainer arrangements, and participant communication.
- Manage **HRD Corp (HRDC) claims, registration, and training grant submissions.**:

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement tracking.
- Maintain updated **training records, certificates, and attendance tracking systems**.
- Support continuous learning culture through employee development initiatives, workshops, and onboarding programs.

**2. Expatriate Management (ESD)**
- **ESD registration and renewals**:

- Liaise with **ESD, MIDA, Immigration, and other government agencies** for all expatriate matters.
- Ensure compliance with **Immigration Act and ESD requirements** at all times.
- Monitor expatriate pass validity and coordinate timely renewal processes.
- Maintain accurate expatriate employee database and document control (passport copies, permits, approvals).
- Support expatriates during onboarding, relocation, and other HR-related matters.

**3. HR Administrative Support**
- Assist in general HR operations such as employee record management, HR correspondence, and reporting.
- Participate in HR projects and improvement initiatives as assigned by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Minimum 2-3 years of experience** in HR, with specialization in **training administration** and/or **expatriate management (ESD handling)**.
- Familiar with **ESD online system**, **Immigration Malaysia procedures**, and **HRD Corp requirements**.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and HR-related systems.
- Good command of **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (both written and spoken).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
