**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Process and maintain employee paperwork, including new hire paperwork, employee files, and terminations.
- Assist with HR reports, including data entry, data review, and report generation.
- Provide support to HR team with employee engagement activities, including holiday parties, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a human resources support role.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
