**Summary of Role**:
Carry out recruitment plans and activities of new students and manage revenue-generating activities to ensure a steady stream of revenue in the emerging markets.

Uphold the Association’s value chain all the times and advance its related activities over time in the markets.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on prospects leading to successful student recruitments and registration in the markets in order to achieve the set target.
- Establish and manage revenue streams in the markets to yield seamless revenue generation to achieve the set target.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders as identified to future-proof the Association in terms of student population and revenue generation.
- Identify new businesses and market intelligence to ensure the Association’s profitability and relevance in the markets.
- Support in implementing strategies pertaining to retention of students as well as progressions in the key accounts and markets under purview.
- Provide necessary support in preparing costing, business proposals, partners profile and post sales activities.
- Carry out marketing promotion plan, roadshows, events and exhibition.
- Provide relevant inputs to the line manager and other relevenat personnel in developing and implementing the business development strategy to meet the targets set.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts as required.
- Manage relationships with relevant partners and all stakeholders.
- Support in maintaining student attrition at levels indicated based on regional strategy.
- Support in achieving student progression rates defined by the regional strategy for the relevant markets.
- Provide information on a timely and accurate basis.
- Other relevant projects or tasks as required.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Persuasive and influencing skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good project management and event management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and able to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of initiative - a strong self-starter.
- High work ethic & target oriented.
- Able to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.
- Able to deal with and be open to new ideas and concepts.
- Excellent command of English (verbal & written).

**Required Experience, Qualifications & Education**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or a business-related field.
- Experience in business development or marketing.

**Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education**:

- Ability to speak language(s) in SEA such as Thai, Burmese, Khmer, Vietnamese, Tagalog and/or Lao is an advantage.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in performing business development and sales in international business environment is an advantage.
- Working experience in education or professional bodies is an added advantage.
- Previous experience with tight deadlines and number/revenue KPIs.
