**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional **B2B Tele-Verification Executive** to conduct phone-based verifications with business clients. The role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of business information provided during the onboarding or transaction process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to business clients to verify submitted company details (e.g., company name, address, authorized personnel, registration number, nature of business).
- Confirm key decision-makers or points of contact for service setup or sales verification.
- Ensure all data collected is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients at all times.
- Record verification outcomes and escalate discrepancies or suspicious findings to the relevant departments.
- Collaborate with sales, onboarding, or compliance teams for smooth client processing.
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets as assigned.
- Maintain call logs and reporting using internal CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in tele-calling, B2B customer service, verification, or related fields.
- Strong verbal communication skills in [Languages, e.g., English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia].
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience dealing with SME or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of business registration documents or KYC processes.
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
