**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and deadlines with exceptional efficiency.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, briefing materials, and other documents with accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a confidential and professional work environment for the MD, including discreetly managing sensitive information and communications.
- Act as a liaison between the MD, internal departments and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
- Manage and oversee the MD’s administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct research and prepare briefings on relevant industry trends, competitor analysis, and other topics pertinent to the MD’s needs.
- Manage projects independently, ensuring successful completion within established timelines and budgets.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives at the Managing Director level or higher.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate complex situations with tact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Impeccable writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and develop proactive solutions.
- A high degree of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam
- Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
