Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Director
We are seeking a **dynamic and dedicated Personal Assistant** to support our Director in both business and personal matters. This unique role combines customer pr support, administrative tasks, and personal assistance, with opportunities to travel and be part of high-level business meetings and entertainment functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and personal support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and confidential matters.
- Arrange and accompany the Director for **domestic and international travel**, ensuring smooth logistics and itinerary planning.
- Assist in coordinating business meetings, events, and client entertainment.
- Represent the Director professionally during dinners, networking events, and hospitality functions.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal matters.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting, administrative support, or personal assistant role.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin/Cantonese an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High level of **confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
