**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To troubleshoot/repair automation item
- To provide field service support to customers including installation, commissioning and testing of our products.
- Escalate job to manager if troubleshooting are not successful.
- Submit weekly report.
- Maintain service response and delivery time to customers.
- Upkeep professional image at all times.
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants must be willing to work in PERAI.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Able to work on rotating shift hours.
- Applicant with industrial maintenance or CNC knowledge has an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
