**Secretarial Support**
- Attend and provide daily administrative secretarial duties for Managing Director (MD).
- Administer MD/Directors’ expenses claims charged to credit cards or by cash.
- Prepare and execute the **Weekly** **Managers Meeting** **Minutes** to the Managers.
- Co-ordinate and compile for MD the reports/presentations provided by respective Managers for the **Promac Group Meeting** e.g. Managers Quarterly Meeting, Management Review Meeting.
- Ensure appropriate filing system for all relevant documents for MD/Directors easy retrieval.
- Responsible for drafting, typing and distributing of memos/letters generated by MD/Directors to internal or external parties e.g. invitation letter to overseas customers
- Follow up with lawyers, company secretary, bankers on any legal matters pertaining to properties or documentations e.g. directors’ resolutions etc.
- Follow up on documents to be signed by MD/Directors from Department Managers or external parties e.g. Auditors, Bankers, etc.
- Update the company information listing from time to time e.g. directors’ movement, company’ shareholders, banks authorized signatories, etc.
- Update Promac Group Managers’ movement in the HOD Away Schedule List for MD/ Directors reference.

**Other Administration Support**
- Follow up with Trademark Authority and to update the Promac Group products trademark status in the trademark listing.
- Co-ordinate and arrange with the relevant Department on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Follow up and ensure the company/personal properties’ Quit Rent and Assessment are paid on time.
- Update company/personal properties status in the Properties & Titles Listing.
- Update the rental records, yearly tax and bank transactions for Australia property.
- Assist and execute invitation letters to business partners upon request.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by MD / Directors / Superior.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Studies/ Administration/ Accounting.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Good command of both speaking and written English.
- Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel & Power Point.
- Good in numeric skill.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking.
- Strong planning & organization skill.
- Strong analytical skill.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
