Tang Xiao Man established in Shanghai, China 2021, is a well-known trending brand targeting young consumers. As of now, it operates 425 chain stores, primarily located in major shopping malls across China, Vietnam, and Thailand. In 2023, it served over 10 million customers and achieved sales revenue of 550 million RMB. The brand plans to expand to over 1,000 chain stores by the end of 2026, with annual sales projected to exceed 1 billion RMB.

Now expanding in Malaysia, we're looking for Mandarin speaker that could promote our franchise brand to local and international (Chinese) potential franchisees. Come join us if you're interested to witness the growth of our brand

**Responsibilities**
- Assist HOD in evaluating potential site locations (malls, shop lots, industrial).
- Manage site selection, filtering, and proposal submissions for approval.
- Negotiate and oversee leasing deals through to tenancy signing.
- Draft, review, and manage tenancy agreements in compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and external parties to ensure seamless leasing operations.
- Handle lease renewals, terminations, disputes, and site handovers.
- Maintain documentation and manage stamp duty and legal fee processes.
- Support leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Track leasing data and generate reports using Excel.
- Manage submissions for utilities, licenses (business, fire), and insurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, contractors, suppliers).
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Real Estate Management or equivalent. Professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in Franchise Sales, Franchise Marketing, Franchise Consultation or any other related field.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English. Must also be fluent in Mandarin to communicate with local and overseas stakeholders.
- Independent Worker: Independent, team player, fast learner, demonstrate good negotiation and communication skill.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage reports.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational, time-management, and analytical abilities to tackle complex financial tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
