To support the kitchen team in the daily operations of the hotel’s food preparation and service. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment, offering exposure to various kitchen stations, food preparation techniques, and high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food under the guidance of senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to hotel standards and recipes
- Assist in inventory control and restocking of supplies
- Support the team during busy service periods and events
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Gain practical experience in a high-volume, professional kitchen
- Learn kitchen operations and food production processes

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
