Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in target markets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market demands.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. Create tailored proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering repeat business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Monitor and track sales performance, market penetration, and customer feedback. Report progress, challenges, and achievements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market trends, industry developments.
