**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and organize all store operations, delegating tasks appropriately to staff.
- Supervise and guide employees to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor stock levels and purchasing activities to ensure they stay within budget.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain the store’s reputation.
- Conduct regular store inspections and promptly address any issues.
- Plan and manage in-store promotional events and visual displays.
- Stay informed about market trends to identify opportunities for store improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the retail market.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be available to work at **Aeon Bandaraya Melaka**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
