**Ringkasan Jawatan**:
Penyelia Jualan Runcit bertanggungjawab dalam mengawasi dan menguruskan operasi harian kedai runcit atau bahagian kedai. Jawatan ini memerlukan gabungan kemahiran kepimpinan, perkhidmatan pelanggan, dan organisasi.

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Mengetuai, melatih, dan memotivasikan ahli jualan untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
- Memantau dan menganalisis trend jualan, mengenal pasti peluang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan.
- Membantu pelanggan membuat keputusan pembelian, menangani kebimbangan, dan memberikan pengetahuan produk.
- Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan yang eskalasi dan menyelesaikan isu dengan cara yang profesional.
- Memantau dan mengekalkan tahap inventori yang sesuai, memastikan ketersediaan produk.
- Menyediakan laporan jualan, menjejaki metrik prestasi, dan memberikan pandangan kepada pengurusan.
- Membantu dalam pelaksanaan promosi, paparan, dan inisiatif pemasaran.
- Menyampaikan maklumat terkini kepada pasukan mengenai kemas kini produk, dasar syarikat, dan tren industri.

**Kelayakan**:

- Pengalaman dalam jualan runcit atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.
- Kebolehan kepimpinan dan pengurusan pasukan.
- Kebolehan untuk mengendalikan pelbagai tugas dan bekerja dalam persekitaran berkelajuan tinggi.

Masa Kerja : Isnin - Sabtu 8:00am - 6:00pm

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
