Account & Finance Junior Executive

**Responsibilities / Job Description**:
- Reports directly to the Senior Executive Cash Finance & Human Resource.
- To manage, maintain and grow the Company's effectiveness on accounting and administrative activities primarily through the system software which includes Quickbooks Online, Aoikumo and Google Suite - the list is not exhaustive.
- To ensure executions of daily accounts of Nazirin Skin Clinic’s retail opening and closing are properly maintained and reconciled.
- To prepare purchase orders, payment voucher, tax invoice, and any related sales administrative documentation, general bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Prepare full sets of accounting, administrative and controlling income and expenditure.
- Maintains accounting records by making copies, filing documents.
- Assists in compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
- To monitor accurate stock reports from E-commerce, Nazirin Skin Clinic and Rineu 16%.
- To update and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the department.
- To work and liaise with external parties for the Company’s annual Financial Statement / Audited Report submission, LHDN tax filings and other statutory submissions. Parties are accounting firms, auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory departments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit matters.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll to employees and providing accurate calculations on monthly commissions and overtime hours.
- Update and maintain current HR files and databases.
- Protect organization values by keeping information confidential.
- To prioritize, organize and complete all assigned duties by the Management (planned and ad-hoc).
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred but not required.
