Support daily Member Operations activities by engaging effectively with the Member Services team and members via telephone and other communication channels.
- Ensure optimal manpower allocation and resource planning to maintain smooth and efficient operations at all times.
- Lead and guide junior staff (Rep I & Rep II) to manage tasks such as handling records, processing refunds/repurchases, auditing orders, and post-sales support.
- Assist the Member Operations Supervisor in monitoring reports, analyzing data, and implementing improvement actions to enhance service quality and increase member satisfaction.
- Take the lead on ad hoc projects, events, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and contribute valuable feedback and suggestions.
- Stay well-versed in internal policies and procedures related to Records Management, Royalty Overrides, Order Handling, Awards, System Behavior, and Member Compensation systems.
- Continuously seek areas for operational improvement and provide recommendations to management for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, assess operational impacts, and proactively address potential member concerns.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly issue logs and monthly operational reports.
- Take ownership in communicating and coordinating with logistics and 3PL partners to address urgent issues, propose solutions, and implement preventive actions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both **spoken and written Japanese or Mandarin** is **required**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues independently within company guidelines.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible with working hours and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
