Purple Monkey & Pasta OHSEM are in 7 locations in Seapark PJ, Puchong, Kuchai Lama, Subang Jaya, Setapak KL, Damansara Perdana and Shah Alam

We are looking for a dynamic team member & leader as Outlet Manager in managing the outlet according to company standards in sales, staffing and operations.

**Outlet Manager Job Responsibilities**:

- Managing the daily restaurant & kitchen operations, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange staff schedules, and educating all staff members on all menu & products & services.
- Perform stock check & ordering according to schedule to ensure that a par stock is maintained.
- Properly opening and closing the outlets as well as handling and taking over shifts.
- Verify and submit staff attendance in a timely manner.
- Train & Retain staff.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable & conducive outlet.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Energetic and able to work independently.
- Able to work in shift.
- Able to use basic Microsoft word, excel and POS system.

**Salary**: From RM3,300.00 to RM3,500 per month
