**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies**: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- **Offline Marketing**: Manage traditional marketing channels, including print, outdoor advertising, events, and in-store promotions. Coordinate roadshows, pop-up stores, and other physical events.
- **Monitor and Analyze Performance**: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategy.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitors. Use data to refine marketing strategies and target campaigns effectively.
- **Budget Management**: Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns with a strong return on investment (ROI).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development, and operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing successful online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
