We are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team and help drive sales and brand awareness through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive sales and maximize advertising budgets.
- Optimize ad spend across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Manage and maintain the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend across channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Report regularly on key performance metrics and campaign results to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful sales-driven campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), analytics tools, and strategies to maximize ROI.
- Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets for digital campaigns.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
