**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers warmly, understand their jewellery needs, and guide them in selecting from our extensive collection of gold jewellery, including chains, rings, bracelets, earrings, and custom-made designs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess a deep understanding of our gold jewellery products, including design, quality, and pricing, to offer expert advice and help customers make informed choices.
- **Sales Support**: Assist with sales transactions, including processing payments, handling cash, and issuing receipts. Ensure accurate recording of all sales to maintain inventory and financial accuracy.
- **Showroom Presentation**: Keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers.
- **Custom Orders**: Assist customers with personalized jewellery requests, such as custom thali and engagement rings, ensuring all design specifications are communicated clearly to the team.
- **Customer Relations**: Build long-lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- **Sales Targets**: Contribute to meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by engaging with customers and suggesting complementary products, ensuring the success of the store.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work together with your colleagues to create a positive and cooperative work environment, contributing to the smooth operation of the store.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of gold jewellery (preferred, but not essential)
- Previous sales experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
