We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager (Properties)** to lead our team and drive property sales. This role involves strategizing, managing a team, and ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage negotiations.
Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
Ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
**Requirements**:
✔ Proven experience in property sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
✔ Minimum [X] years of experience in a sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
✔ Strong understanding of the property market and industry trends.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
✔ Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
✔ Must be willing to travel and attend property site visits when required.
