ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated Intern for Yield Management in Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving production efficiency.
- Assist in analyzing production data to identify areas for yield improvement
- Support the development and implementation of yield enhancement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Participate in data collection and analysis using statistical tools and software
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and projects
- Help create and maintain documentation related to yield management activities

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and yield management concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

SKILLS
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
