**Who We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a **Café Supervisor** who is **customer-service centric**, personable, and passionate about delivering a memorable experience every time. If you love connecting with people, leading a small team, and are comfortable behind the coffee machine, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the FOH team to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience
- Greet and build relationships with our regular customers
- Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure smooth dine-in flow and a positive atmosphere
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations during your shift
- Manage staff scheduling, floor appearance, and table turn efficiency
- Ensure the café remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Support the barista team when needed; barista experience is highly valued
- Maintain strong knowledge of our pastry and coffee offerings to upsell naturally
- Ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly with a smile
- Assist in onboarding and training new FOH staff
- Motivate and guide junior staff in service quality and communication
- Report daily operations feedback to the management team

**Requirements/**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Café Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role
- Prior barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is **highly preferred**:

- Friendly, warm personality with a proactive attitude
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays
- **Own transport preferred** (Taman Megah area is residential with limited public transport access)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
