**Job Description**:

- Handling matters pertaining to membership of Rockwills Business Solution (RBS). Regularly updating the membership database to reflect changes such as renewals, cancellations, or changes in member details.
- Replying and responding to RBS members, REPS’s or client’s inquiries in timely manner or initiated phone calls for effective communication.
- In charge the administration of Seminar/ Workshops/ Event.
- Responsible in preparing report and analysing data.
- Executing campaign and promotion of RBS events using different platforms via Active Campaign, WhatsApp & Facebook.
- Follow up business related activities and tasks.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Department/ supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Requires computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Eager to learn and excel with the right attitude.
