Invoicing Admin Assistant Manager

Assist Invoicing Manager to Issue price increase letter and send to sales in charges or customer
- Assist to check invoices for customers
- Fulfil and assist customer queries especially customer handle by Admin Department
- Assist Invoicing Manager guide, monitor and supervise admin staff daily jobs and operation to make sure everything on track
- Help to solve daily operation’s problems (if any)
- Organize meeting or briefing (Interdepartmental meeting, operation meeting, etc.)
- Convey accurate information from management to admins to ensure company goals achieve
- Monitor bulk purchase order/ indent order to make sure stock deliver on time
- Assist to Monitor and record GRN or CN and ensure all information is correct
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Provide excellent customer service to customer
**Job Requirement**
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage
- Must be responsible and self-managed
- Strong organization and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines
- Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels
- Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Full-Time position available
- Applicant must be willing to work at Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong
- Working day and hours : 5.5 Days per week
**Monday until Friday** 8.00am - 5.00pm
**Saturday** 8.00am - 12.00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
