The Royal Selangor Visitor Centre showcases the brand heritage stories of Royal Selangor through artifacts, museum displays as well as demo areas. The Ambassador’s key duties is to story tell and share amazing stories with all visitors in an engaging and compelling manner. The Ambassador is also required to attend to special projects and events held at the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing all visitors the Royal Selangor Visitor experience in accordance to brand standards and guidelines.
- Conduct tours and manage special visits.
- Story tell and share brand heritage stories centered around museum artifacts and products on showcase.
- Address any enquiries from visitors.

**Job Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin or other foreign languages will be an added advantage
- Basic computer skills
- Pleasant, courteous and engaging.
- Well-groomed appearance
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required
- To be based in the global head office of Royal Selangor International in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
