- **Working hours: 5 days
- 9.00am - 6.00pm including Saturday, fixed off days on Sunday and 1 weekday.**:

- **Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM4200 + Variable Bonus**:

**Main Responsibilities**
- **Order Verification**: Ensure that orders placed by customers are accurate, complete, and free from errors. Verify customer information, payment details, and shipping addresses.
- **Order Entry**: Input order details into the e-commerce platform or order management system accurately and efficiently.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to arrange the packing and shipment of orders. Generate shipping labels and tracking information.
- **Pick and Packaging**: Ensure that products are packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- **Order Tracking**: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders by providing tracking information and order updates.
- **Order Fulfilment Optimization**: Continuously look for ways to streamline and improve order processing workflows, reducing errors and enhancing efficiency.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, such as customer service, sales, and warehouse personnel, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- **Software and Tools**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and related software tools is often required.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma
- 1 year of related experience
