Set up and carry out In-Process and Out-going inspection at production
- Able to read Precision Machining drawing
- Able to use CMM/Profile projector/Height gauge etc
- To ensure invalid and/or documents are promptly removed from all points of use
- Raised Defective Material Reports, troubleshoot and resolve quality issue by coordinating with other departments
- Ensure quality compliance
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, ISO standards, systems and procedures and review them for time to time
- Responsible for QC department document filling system.
- To compile of daily QC record and compute into QC daily report.
- To undertake any other related job such as typing, report, Preparation, etc
- At least 1 year of working experience in engineering or manufacturing related field
- Has knowledge in milling or lathing is a plus
