Job Summary
- Oversees the performance of all sub trade contractors and is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule.
- Ensure Work progress and compliance with their contractual responsibilities.
- Coordinate and ensure that all NSC complies with the pre-planed work schedules
- Review method statement and coordinating resources with other contractors.
- Monitoring quality of product / information / delivered by the NSC.
- Ensure project staffing levels are sufficient for completing the outstanding work loads.
- Ensure materials for the works are submitted for approval in time, delivered on time and suitably stored on site prior to commencement of works.
- Monitor the purchases of site materials and deliver to site without delay to the schedule.
- Deliberate project cost tracking progress to ensure that approved contingencies and allowances are not exceeded the budget.
- Evaluates and helps determine appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
- Ensure drawings and other data submitted contractor has the right information for the work in hand.
- Oversee correspondence and communication and providing direction and action to his team including consultants and contractors.
- Recommending approvals / disapproval of variation orders claims by NSC.
- Call for project meetings, document update, follow up and tracking of issues and participate actively in resolving outstanding issues.
- Ensure everyone at the project site compliance with safety requirements.
- Resolve any disputes related to projects are properly addressed and problem solving in an appropriate manner.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma/ Degree in **Interior Design**/ Architectural/Buildings
- 3-5 years of total experience and experience in Interior Fit Out.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork
- Good problem solving skills and leadership capabilities to drive projects delivery
- Possess good track of ID project profiles (Hotels, Premier Office & Commercial Shopping Complex)
- Based at Mont Kiara

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
