1) Understand target audiences and assist teams to develop an event strategy that supports business goals
2) Managing marketing materials internally sending to external events
3) Develop and execute local marketing plans
4) Build strong relationships with internal partners across the organization, in particular the event producers - the event project managers, and the content programmers
5) Manage and coordinate each event's campaign components including print, digital, social, telemarketing, direct mail
6) Oversee the development, design and execution of all event themes, brand and creative journey elements, and ensure all in line with objectives and overall event strategy
7) Review results and causes of significant variances
8) To work closely with the team to conceptualize and manage events marketing using both traditional and new media channels
10) Work closely with internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans that promote the organizations brand.
11) Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations.
12) Establish staff schedules, task assignments equipment allocation to ensure conformance with objectives and goals.
13) Manage client relationships pre-event, during and post-event.
14) Source venues, recommend and engage catering, acquire supporting technology and coordinate development of materials to execute a quality of event.
15) Prepare event programs and confirm all necessary preparations are in order.
16) Oversee procurement purchasing and client service needs with regard to catering, audiovisual, security and rental needs for events.
17) Work with communications staff to develop brand, marketing labels and tools for events as required.
18) Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery day.
19) Troubleshoot and smooth issues relating to the successful execution of the event program.
20) Professional and able to project a good image of the company
21) Participates in new business activities as assigned.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
