Operations Support Analyst, Affiliate Marketing

**Job Summary**:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive _Operations Support Analyst_ to join our Affiliate Marketing team. This role supports the day-to-day operational needs of the affiliate program, working closely with partner managers to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and partner activities. You will play a key role in coordinating with influencers, publishers, and internal stakeholders to help drive revenue growth through our affiliate network. From time to time, you may also assist in key account management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track affiliate partners’ contractual obligations to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including product seeding, contract processing, and timely disbursement of partner incentives.
- Create and manage campaign incentives using Lazada’s internal tools and platforms, ensuring accuracy in execution and tracking.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop clear and compelling marketing materials for partner communications.
- Set up performance-based paid advertisements for selected affiliate partners, adhering strictly to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support relationship management with existing affiliate partners to help optimize performance and revenue contribution.

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
