**The Role**:As the Home Inspector at The Makeover Guys, you will be handling new unit inspection, move out inspection, and defect inspection. Your work will enable people to enjoy better homes

**What You’ll Do**:1. Inspect and generate report for new unit, restaged units, and post-tenant move out unit 2. Troubleshoot the defects in the unit 3. Liaise with the defect team or 3rd party contractor

**Job Requirements**:
1. Experience in renovation or home defect rectification is a must

2. Responsible and dependable

3. Punctual (always on time)

4. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn 5. Have your on transportation
