**We're Hiring Client Success Specialist**
Our client is a rapidly expanding **digital solutions company** supporting businesses across various industries. They are seeking a Client Success Specialist who will serve as the primary touchpoint for customer inquiries to strengthen their client success function. If you’re passionate about building meaningful customer relationships, you might be the perfect fit
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Troubleshoot and resolve issues** efficiently, ensuring end-to-end ownership of each case.
- **Ensure compliance**with internal guidelines, data privacy, and security standards.
- **Escalate more complex matters**with clear documentation.
- **Build strong client relationships**and gather feedback to improve user experience.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience in customer support** or client success, preferably within SaaS or tech.
- **Proficiency with live chat tools**, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms.
- **Experience with business systems** (e.g., HR, finance, or operations tools) is a plus.
- **Proven ability to troubleshoot issues**, meet support KPIs, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
