**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing variances and trends.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and oversee reconciliation processes.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and review journal entries and financial documents.
- Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SST, income tax, etc.).
- Support cash flow management and working capital monitoring.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and analysis.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with auditors in order to complete the annual audit on timely basis.
- Supervise and guide junior finance staff as needed.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.
- Support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) are highly preferred.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and third language Mandarin is a beneficial
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with audit background.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial management tools.
- Thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
