As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a dedicated Live Host to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

- Showcase and demonstrate various hijab styles, fabrics, and design features, offering viewers tips on how to wear them in fashionable and practical ways.
- Interact with viewers through live chat, answering questions, addressing comments, and encouraging participation to foster a lively, interactive atmosphere.
- Announce promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers, guiding viewers on how to purchase scarves directly during the live stream.
- Ensure the live stream runs smoothly, overseeing camera setups, lighting, and sound.
- Thank viewers for participating, encourage feedback, and keep the conversation going through social media or follow-up messages to build customer loyalty.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, showcasing the company’s values.
- Develop compelling stories around the hijab, including their cultural significance and design inspiration, to captivate and retain the audience’s attention.
- Hit the target sales of every session of live.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Malay and/or English, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with a live audience.
- Experience at least previous roles in customer service, sales, content creation, broadcasting, or live streaming, with a strong emphasis on engagement, audience interaction, and product knowledge.
- A dynamic, engaging, and friendly personality, with confidence in front of the camera and the ability to build rapport with viewers.
- In-depth understanding of the products being showcased and the ability to explain their features and benefits clearly.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and basic technical equipment.
- Ability to create engaging and entertaining content, incorporating storytelling and improvisation to keep the audience interested.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demonstrate a positive, respectful attitude throughout the live stream
- Have at least 1 year experience in fashion industry.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM20.00 - RM30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
