General Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
- Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
- Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions and sponsored events, and work with marketing executives to generate leads and maximize conversion.
- Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals.
- Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Performing the hiring, interview, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- You must have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the clinic/spa/beauty related industry. You must have a proven track record in a highly competitive sales environment.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work and remain contactable during clinic/outlet operating hours including Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
- You must be able to converse well in Chinese and English in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
