Manage clients and service accounts - conventions and exhibitions (MICE)
- Provide formulations and submit proposals to meet requests for proposals (RFPs), submit tenders and bids.
- Lead or be a core member for an event team to manage assigned events.
- Manage projects as per requirements from planning, sourcing, budgeting, and production.
- On-site execution - In charge and command overall setup/ dismantle job. Hand-over job to the client directly.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure the project is delivered on time as planned.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Liaise with customers on the execution of the event/exhibition.
- Handle other ad-hoc matters from time to time assigned by superior or management.
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

**; Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in event management or exhibition-related industry.
- Structure thinking and planning skills of Project Management in the events, conference and exhibition industry
- Effective communication and Good interpersonal skills required
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter and able to work well independently and working with discipline.
- Require outstation/overseas at least once a month. (eg : Japan, Korea, China, S.E.Asia and etc...)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
