**Job description**:
- Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth hostel check in.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HR-related issues.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Attends to all ad-hoc tasks and inquiries related to labor management, hostel management and transport management.
**Skills set**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
