Experience: More than 2 years of experience as IT governance / IT compliance / IT audit / IT support roles experience

Only Local Malaysian preferred

**Summary**
- Disaster Recovery Plans and Business Continuity Plans Implementation
- Assist to guide IT departments in implementing disaster recovery strategies that align with the approved KFH Business Continuity Plan, created by Business Continuity Management.
- Assist in collaboration with HR to develop training and briefing materials for the DR Support teams, enabling effective execution of recovery procedures.
- Assist in the execution and completion of all Disaster Recovery Drill Test activities in accordance with the agreed test schedule relating to all developed Disaster Recovery Plans.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**IT Security**

Assist in the periodic internal security / risk assessments to ensure adherence to security regulations and policies, and the ongoing 24x7 security monitoring for KFHMB systems and alerts on incidents.

**IT Audit**
- Assist in the documentation, formalization and communication of IT responses for audit, and ensure an effective follow-up & management reporting.
- Process Management
- Assist in periodic assessments to review effectiveness and validity of IT policies & processes and highlight opportunities of improvement.
- Asset in contract/agreement management and update.
- Assist in CAB standby.
- Assist in IT certificate and license renewal process.
- Assist in any relevant IT governance task as requested.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years' experience working in IT preferably with exposure to IT governance / IT compliance / IT audit / IT support roles. Time Management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Have own transport.
- Living within Kuala Lumpur area.
- Able to work in odd working hours on ad-hoc basis / as requested.

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
