**Summary**:
Quality Cell Leader 5 is responsible for inspection of incoming and in-process components and products using a variety of measurement tools following specification requirements. Train inspectors and coordinate inspection work, and is responsible for incoming and in-process non-compliance escalations and assisting engineers.

**Detailed Description**:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- Incoming and in-process inspection and escalation of non-compliance conditions to engineer group
- Internal calibration machine maintenance product & semi-product measurement MSA for inspection equipment
- Support in-process audit and inspection of incoming material & out of box product inspection
- Summarize data and prepare reports
- Assist aging material management

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Ability to learn and follow detailed specifications as defined by site operations
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to learn established quality control standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to successfully complete required training to earn specific certifications
- Ability to perform incoming and in-process inspection and audits
- Support emergency issues as required

**Physical Demands**:

- The job works in conditions with frequent exposure (34% - 66%) to noise, odours, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
- Duties may require sitting/standing, free to move around, confined sitting, walking, repetitive lifting of light objects (under 5 kg.), repetitive lifting of heavy objects (over 5 kg.), repetitive manual movements (e.g., keyboarding), carrying, pushing or pulling light objects, (under 5 kg.), carrying, pushing or pulling heavy objects (over 5 kg.), crouching, climbing, sustained visual concentration on small areas, such as monitors, screens, precise eye/hand coordination, sustained visual concentration on numbers, legal documents

**Typical Experience**:

- 7 to 10 years

**Typical Education**:

- High School Graduation. G.E.D. (or equivalent) (HR to verify if Technical Diploma is required)
