**1. Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance and report on progress, helping to refine sales tactics.

**2. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Help in market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.

**3. Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques.

**4. Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies and new market opportunities.

**5. Learning & Development**:

- Participate in structured training and mentoring programs to develop leadership and business management skills.
- Take ownership of personal development and work towards a leadership role within the company after completing the trainee program.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and provide insights.
- Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus, but not always required.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
