**Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Officer to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Telesales Officer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Responsibilities**:

- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
- Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns
- To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Telesales
- Experience in doing outbound calls.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry-level based on your previous experience)
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Open for Malaysian only

**Additional Info**
- Working Location: Bangsar South
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.30 am-6.30 pm)
- Alternate Saturdays - 2 Saturdays off in a month ( working hours is from 9.30am-6.30pm )

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
