**Job Summary**

**Main Accountabilities**
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of data center construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Risk Management: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address delays or unforeseen issues.
- Reporting: Track project performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Electrical/ Mechanical or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in data center construction or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects with complex requirements.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- PMP Certification (preferred)
- NIOSH Certification (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
