**Main Responsibilities**:

- To ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standard and a safe working environment.
- To verify the parameters of process, ensure high efficiency and high quality product produce to meet customer expectation.
- To ensure all personal safety, PPE and emergency equipment’s are well maintained at all times. Initiate plant safety inspection and ensure all issue raised, action taken within time specified.
- To support of ISO 9001, GMP B2+, HACCP, FSSC and Process Safety Management by practicing them accordingly to ensure full compliance with the requirements as stipulated in the system. Ensure ISO Procedure are updated and adhere to by regular checks.
- To work with plant engineer closely about optimizing process efficiency and equipment performance to improve plant productivity.
- To control manpower allocation at each production plant to optimize productivity.
- To monitor arranged manpower allocation and improve labour cost per ton.
- Institute plant policies and procedures, direct training programs and complete employee performance reviews.
- To manage and control re-melting activity under record.
- Assist to keep clean and tidy tank farm area, pumps and pipelines after changeover activity with daily check.
- To work closely with Maintenance, Electrical & Instrument Service Department to ensure that required modification and improvements are on time.
- To assist plant engineer for 5S activities to ensure that plant is always in neat and orderly condition.

**Competencies & Skills & Knowledge**:

- Good communication skills, with analytical mind and good at resolving problems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, SAP, OHSAS, HACCP and FSSC.
- DCS & SCADA control knowledge.
- Good in Microsoft Office.

**Required Qualification**:

- **Minimum Certificate, Diploma** or equivalent.
- MUST be from **Chemical Industry.**:

- **Minimum 3 years of working experience in production operation.**:

- Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
