1. Operational Oversight: - Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations to achieve the sales target set by the company. 2. Staff Management: - Train, supervise, and support staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency. 3. Inventory Management: - Manage inventory by ordering supplies and controlling stock levels. 4. Compliance and Standards: - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. 5. Customer Service: - Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints professionally. 6. Business Strategy: - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement. 7. Facility Maintenance: - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the izakaya (Japanese bar serving alcohol and foods). 8. Work Environment: - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff members. **Requirements**: - SPM holder and above - At least 2-3 years experience in the F&B or hospitality industry - Possess own transport - Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - Ability to work shifts, even over weekends and holidays. - Strong management skills, communication skills, exceptional customer service skills. **Additional Information**: Company Industry: Restaurant Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor **Working hours**: Mall operation hours: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM (1-hour break, work 9 hours per day more than that will be counted as OT) *2 days off per week, with rotational shift depending on work schedule arranged Click on "**APPLY NOW**”, if you are interest in this position.
