**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing OLUMES' marketing strategy. You'll lead brand awareness, digital campaigns, content strategy, social media management, and drive customer engagement. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who understands the power of storytelling and can leverage data to connect with an audience that values both effectiveness and eco-conscious practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive brand growth and awareness.
- Oversee social media content, campaigns, and partnerships, ensuring consistency with OLUMES' brand message and values.
- Manage digital advertising and SEO initiatives to maximize online presence and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights for ongoing campaigns.
- Cultivate and manage influencer relationships, PR, and collaborations.
- Ensure marketing efforts align with our core values of sustainability and eco-consciousness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of skincare and wellness trends, with an interest in sustainable innovation.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with a talent for storytelling.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
